JACK ARRUDA

Jack Arruda is the project’s Technical Development Manager, responsible for grid interconnection, on-shore cable route planning and installation, and operations and maintenance facilities.  Jack has more than 25 years of experience operating and managing energy projects in the Northeast.  

Prior to joining Vineyard Wind, Jack served as the Director of Operations for Caithness Energy.  Previously, Jack spent over 17 years with Energy Management Inc. (EMI), where he worked in the development of solar, wind and combined cycle natural gas-fired electrical generation facilities.  He was previously the Operations and Facility Manager at the 270 MW natural gas-fired power plant in Tiverton, Rhode Island for 8 years working for Calpine and GE.   

Jack is a lifelong resident of Dartmouth, and a graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy with a degree in Marine Engineering.
